Online booking for personal trainers

Your 6am is training.
Your diary is taking bookings.

Regular clients hold their weekly slots automatically, new enquiries book consultations without a WhatsApp thread, and the 6pm rush has a waitlist instead of a scramble. You coach; the calendar does its own reps.

Every session you spend texting
is a session you're not selling.

PT admin happens between sets and after 9pm: confirming Thursday, moving Friday, chasing the client who went quiet. A booking page moves all of it out of your thumbs, with your hours, your buffer time and your cancellation window built in.

A training day with Booksmith

Client-to-client, no phone in between.

  1. 05:50

The day's sessions in one email

Who's in, when, and the goals they gave at booking. The 6am got their reminder last night; they're stretching when you arrive.

  2. 12:15

A consult books into the dead zone

New enquiry picks a free 30-minute consult from your quiet mid-day availability and answers your intake: goals, injuries, experience. You arrive at the consult already knowing the plan.

  3. 18:00

A cancellation fills itself from the waitlist

Tonight's 6pm cancels at four. The slot reopens, the waitlist pings, and someone who wanted that time takes it. Peak hours stay peak revenue.

Built for the gym floor

What PTs actually use.

Weekly clients on autopilot

Recurring slots hold each client's time week after week, sending their own confirmations and reminders. End or move a repeat in two clicks when programmes change.

Free consults that filter serious buyers

A bookable consult with intake questions turns “how much do you charge?” into a scheduled conversation with context.

The cancellation window you enforce anyway

Set 24 hours' notice (or whatever your policy is) and the system enforces it evenly, no awkward texts required. Late cancels can carry a deposit forfeit if you take deposits.

Waitlists for the slots everyone wants

Early mornings and evenings fill first and cancel worst. The waitlist re-fills them automatically.

Session packs, tracked honestly

Book block clients as repeats and mark attendance per session, so you both know exactly where the pack stands.

One price however you grow

Solo PT or a small studio with three coaches on separate diaries: £75 a month, no per-coach charge, no commission.

Questions we get

Asked between sets, answered straight.

Can regulars keep the same slot every week?

Yes, indefinitely. The repeat holds their time, reminds them every week, and survives individual reschedules without breaking the pattern.

Can I take payment for sessions at booking?

Deposits per session type run through your own Stripe account. Many PTs put a deposit on first sessions and consults only, keeping regulars friction-free.

I train clients in a gym I don't own. Any issue?

None. The booking page is yours, independent of the venue. Set your available hours around the gym's, and block anything the gym takes back.

What about clients without smartphones?

Book them yourself in the admin in seconds. They still get email reminders, and their slot behaves like any other booking.
