Calendly is excellent at what it's for: letting people grab a meeting slot on your calendar. But a barbershop, clinic or studio isn't a meeting problem; it's services with different lengths and prices, staff columns, deposits, no-shows and reviews. That's a different tool, and it's the one we build.
Try running a salon on a meeting scheduler and the gaps appear fast: customers picking a person not just a time, add-ons that change duration and price, deposits that gate the flaky slots, a waitlist for Saturday, a review request after the visit. Calendly's published pricing as checked on 25 August 2026 (calendly.com); it charges in USD per seat. If what you actually need is meeting scheduling, use Calendly; it's very good at it. This page is for the businesses using it as a booking system and feeling the seams.
The honest verdict
